The attorney general has failed to turn over subpoenaed recordings of Biden’s interview with special counsel Hur to two House committees.

The move comes just hours before the two House panels are set to begin drafting a resolution to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt.

‘By supporting illegal acts while enjoying tax-exempt status, dark-money groups and foundations are defrauding the American people,’ said Sen. Josh Hawley.

Garland’s refusal to provide the recordings defies two congressional subpoenas.
